Returns & Refunds
You can return items within 28 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and only applicable for items sold on our Website: https://pricepernappy.co.uk. If a product is unreasonably handled, and therefore damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refund amount. The nappy and/or wipes package(-s) must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. To return items you need to fill in our [Return Form] and include with your parcel. Customer pays return cost. Please note any postage charges incurred when returning item(s) will not be refunded.
